The Showroom is a 7,400 square foot single-story, hi-tech performance, production, and special event venue. We are equipped with the latest in virtual production technology, including over 600 square feet of ultra-high resolution LED video display panels, state-of-the-art sound & lighting consoles, live stream capabilities, and more!

When filming in front of our LED panels, a camera cannot detect any pixelation from a distance of six feet or greater, which means you can film a subject in front of the LED panels and seamlessly blend them in with pre-recorded performances or locations appearing on the panels behind them. You can create visual effects in real-time, and open your production up to unlimited “locations,” providing cost-efficient, groundbreaking entertainment opportunities.

Rental Rates

Daily Room Rate: $4,000

Front Room Only: $1,500

  •  Pricing is subject to change depending on day and season

  •  The room rental does not include additional amenities, tech packages, or staff rates

In-House Craft Services: $30-$50 per person

Cleaning Fee: $500
